11% Florida tax (6% sales tax and 5% tourist tax) must be added to the price. A minimum stay of 2 weeks and a seasonal price increase of 20% are required during Christmas and Easter.

A heart for children: 2 Children until the age of 12 are 100% free !!!

No hidden additional charges. All of the following is included in the rental price:

• water coats
• regular garden and pool service
• waste collection and disposal fee

• Telephone and Fax (Local calls are free of charge)

Final Cleaning: The final cleaning charge amounts to USD 130.00 and must be paid directly to the property manager. Security deposit: Euro 500.00 due with the final payment. Final payment: The final payment and the security deposit are due 30 days prior to the arrival date.Pets: Not permittet / Our House is a non-smoking house: We ask that the smokers please smoke outside on the patio out of respect to our smoke sensitive guests

It is recommended that you take out a travel cancellation insurance policy as well as property damage liability insurance.
