Mainly, because Cape Coral has this incredible top location for them. From our own boatdock you can reach in 5 mins Caloosahatchee River. No flood-gates or bridges hinder you to get to the Gulf from Mexico.
The wonderful islands of Sanibel and Captiva, also the beaches of Fort Myers are a short distance from our villa. The quiet sandy beaches full of shells and the fantastic water conditions are a marvellous place especially for children to play and swim.

The boat is equipped for your entertainment with a Clarion CD stereo system and has bucket seats for driver and front passenger, as well as comfortable seats for passengers in the bow, stern or on the sides ...
To complete your sport boat for swimming we also has a shower and wet bar, a cooler and a large swim platform. Depending on a fold-out ladder and a freshwater outdoor shower can be found both on the swim platform, as well as on front exit of the boat.
Even, if you have no experience in going a motorboat, so its no problem. In the USA you don’t need a license. Our house management will be pleased to give you an introduction of about 2 hours, so you become familiar with the boat and the water areas.

All prices are plus 6% Tax. The boat has liability insurance and comprehensive insurance. The deductible in case of damage amounts to € 1.000, -
The "Sea-Tow" Tow insurance can be completed over us for the entire rental period for a flat 25 - USD when renting.
If during your stay unexpectedly encounter a problem, our management course, try to solve this as quickly as possible.
